This page informs you of Limitless Perception LLC (“PTI,” “Company,” “we,” or “us“) policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use protradinginsights.com services, including our protradinginsights.com tools and services at protradinginsights.com; our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, when applicable; or other Pro Trading Insights services as well as other PTI tools, surveys, technology and programs and all associated services (collectively, the “PTI Platform”). This Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and the Company. By accessing and using the PTI Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control.
We use your data to provide and improve the PTI Platform. By using the PTI Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information about you and your property in accordance with this policy now and as amended by us. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.

Information Collection and Use
We collect various types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our PTI Platform for you. Our information collection includes using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will occur in the United States. If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our PTI Platform, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- IP addresses of individuals when using the PTI Platform
- User Generated Content in your profile
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and to engage service providers to use your Personal Data for background checks and other information that may interest you, and we may share your information with third parties for marketing and sales purposes. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we or our partners send.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our PTI Platform or when you access the PTI Platform by or through a mobile device. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our PTI Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the PTI Platform by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Location Data
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our PTI Platform to improve and customize our PTI Platform. You can enable or disable location services using our PTI Platform anytime through your device settings.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our PTI Platform and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our PTI Platform. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may be unable to use some portions of our PTI Platform.

Please note that we never sell your information to any third party. The Company may use your collected data for various purposes, including, but not limited to:
- To provide and maintain our PTI Platform
- To notify you about changes to our PTI Platform
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our PTI Platform when you choose to do so

- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our PTI Platform
- To monitor the usage of our PTI Platform
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), the Company legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
Company may process your Personal Data because:

Retention of Data

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our PTI Platform (“Service Providers”), to provide the PTI Platform on our behalf, to perform PTI Platform-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our PTI Platform is used. These third parties may have access to some of your basic Personal Data only to perform these specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the data shared from your use of our PTI Platform, including, but not limited to:

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our PTI Platform. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Children Under the Age of 18
Our PTI Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the PTI Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this PTI Platform or through any of its features, register on the PTI Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this PTI Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information.
